国際法を無視したイスラエル ネタニヤフ政権を非難する党声明

パレスチナ戦争でこれまで犠牲になった全ての方々に哀悼の意を捧げると共に、被害を受けた全ての方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。ハマスによる一連の暴力行為は絶対に看過できず、我々はハマスが解体されることを望みますが、一方で、イスラエルのネタニヤフ政権が現在行なっていることは、国際法に違反しジェノサイドと言える残虐な行為を含んでいると信じています。

我々は、歴代のイスラエル政府が、パレスチナにおいて、違法な土地占拠による入植地の拡大、家屋の破壊、住民の追放、民間人への暴力的な行為行ってきたことを強く非難しますが、今回の戦争勃発以降のイスラエル軍の行動は常軌を逸するものです。
ハマスのせん滅を口実にガザの完全支配をもくろむ危険極まりない領土拡張主義であることを強く指摘せざるを得ません。イスラエル軍の暴力的行為と人権侵害は決して許されるものではありません。

我々は、ネタニヤフ政権とハマス双方に対し、即時にこの暴力行為を停止し、国際法を遵守するよう強く求めます。また、日米両政府を含む国際社会全体に対し、イスラエルの行動を監視し適切な制裁を課すよう要求します。特に、米バイデン政権に対しては、ウクライナ戦争におけるロシアの行動を非難するのであれば、イスラエルの行動も同様に非難し、断固とした行動を取ることを求めます。

我々は、ネタニヤフ政権の退陣を求めると同時に、ナタニヤフ氏が司法での裁決を受けるべきであると考えます。また、ネタニヤフ政権の蛮行を許してきたイスラエル国民にも道義的責任があると指摘せざるをえません。イスラエル国民に対して、この政権の非人道性を認識、怒りの声を上げるように強く求めます。

この声明は、ハマスだけではなくネタニヤフ政権の残虐行為に反対する我々の不屈の意志と決意を表すものです。我々は、パレスチナの人々の人権と尊厳を守るために闘い続けることを誓います。

Party Statement Condemning Israel’s Netanyahu Government’s Disregard for International Law

We offer our condolences to all those who have been killed so far in the Palestinian war and our heartfelt sympathy to all those who have suffered. While we absolutely cannot condone the series of violent acts committed by Hamas and we hope that Hamas will be dismantled, we believe that what the Netanyahu government is currently doing in Gaza city involves atrocities that are in violation of international law and amount to genocide.

While we strongly condemn the illegal occupation of Palestinian land, the expansion of settlements, the destruction of homes, the expulsion of residents, and violent acts against civilians committed by successive Israeli governments, the actions of the Israeli military since the outbreak of this war are out of the ordinary.
We must strongly point out that the Israeli military’s actions since the outbreak of the war are an extremely dangerous territorial expansionism that aims to take complete control of Gaza under the pretext of destroying Hamas. The Israeli military’s violent actions and human rights violations will not be tolerated.

We urge both the Netanyahu government and Hamas to immediately cease this violence and comply with international law. We also call on the entire international community, including the governments of the United States and Japan, to monitor Israel’s actions and impose appropriate sanctions. In particular, we call on the U.S. Biden administration, if it condemns Russia’s actions in the war in Ukraine, it should condemn Israel’s actions as well and act decisively.

We call for the resignation of the Netanyahu government and believe that Mr. Natanyahu should be brought to justice. We must also point out that the Israeli people have a moral responsibility for having allowed the barbaric actions of the Netanyahu government. We urge the Israeli public to recognize the inhumanity of this regime and to voice their outrage.

This statement is an expression of our unyielding will and determination to oppose the atrocities of the Netanyahu regime as well as Hamas. We pledge to continue our struggle to defend the human rights and dignity of the Palestinian people.
